Renwood Fiddletown Zinfandel
Due to the cooler temperatures and unique soil composition, our Fiddletown Zinfandel is always bright and highly aromatic. Farmed by Ray Zanini, this tiny Fiddletown vineyard is one of our favorites and continues to impress us as it matures over time. Striking aromas of raspberries, butterscotch, and fig play first fiddle on the nose. Well-structured and possessing beautiful tension, the tannins are woven seamlessly into the network of cranberry, black cherry, and Baker’s chocolate flavors. This is easily a wine that will benefit from time in the cellar.
