My Story:
On September 26, 2017, a decade long dream came true when O LIGHT® was brewed and canned!
You
see, I was a personal trainer for over 16 years. Many clients asked my
advice about the best beer to drink. They wanted a beer that tasted
great but didn’t compromise their physical training or their healthy
eating habits.
I went out and researched everything I could about every beer out there.
I
became disillusioned with light beer due to the non-organic ingredients
which they refer to as adjuncts such as GMO Corn, GMO Rice, and GMO
High Fructose Corn Syrup. The same ingredients found in fast food. I
actually refer to adjunct light beers as “fast food beer.”
I
looked everywhere, but could not find a great tasting, light, organic
beer. There simply were none. So I decided to make my own.
I was
so very fortunate and grateful to team up with the incredible master
brewer, Matt Hall, to develop an organic recipe that could produce a
light beer that tasted great!
After learning so much and working
so hard over the past ten years, I’m so excited for everyone to enjoy a
cold, refreshing, organic light beer!
We have US trademark for the name O LIGHT®.
