North Park Beer Co Mosaic Melody West Coast Pale Ale
Ah, Mosaic… it’s one of those hops with so much range and definitely one of our favorites. When it’s good, Mosaic can hit all the right notes. Every. Single. One. We totally love when it’s expression is loaded with berries and tropical fruit and this new school West Coast Pale Ale has all that and more! We whipped this up with our favorite Pilsner malt, some Oat Malt, a dash of Honey Malt, and piled on Mosaic Incognito, Mosaic T90s, and a super neat lot of Mosaic Cryo grown by Obendorf Hop Farms that tastes just like raspberry lemonade! How does mango, guava, cherry, and honeydew sound? A bit of pine? Yuuuuummmmm-o!
