Merryvale Antigua is produced using the solera process, a system of fractional blending over a number of vintages and is 100% Muscat de Frontignan from vintages 1970 to 1983, 1992 to 1997 and 2004. Golden amber in color, the decadent Merryvale Antiqua wine offers complex nuts, marmelade, caramel and orange-peel aromas and flavors with a luscious and viscous texture. Antigua pairs well with Tiramisu, Crème Brulée, Biscotti, Hazelnut Torte, Pecan Pie, Cheeses (particularly blue), and Fruit.
