The Picard family’s wines reflect the passion, thoroughness and enjoyment they have put into their work for several generations: a pioneering grandfather; a father, Michel, who, as a youngster, was introduced to the products of the Burgundy terroir, an entrepreneur who played a major role in the winery’s development; Francine and Gabriel, who are now responsible for the future of an outstanding winemaking heritage.The family owns parcels of vines in the communes of Chassagne-Montrachet, Puligny-Montrachet, Saint-Aubin, Corton, Mercurey, Givry, Rully and Montagny, working a total of 135 hectares of vines on 5 estates and using environmentally-friendly methods.
