Ceretto Brunate Barolo
Ceretto Barolo Brunate Red Wine is a stunning single-vineyard Barolo. This wine is fruit-forward, floral and feminine in the nose with hints of spearmint and white pepper. A stunning cru offering from the Ceretto family, this wine will surely never disappoint the discerning palate. Fermented with native yeasts, this single-vineyard Barolo goes through soft punch-downs and pump-overs during its traditional cap-fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Alcoholic fermentation is followed by a 20–25 days maceration and malolactic fermentation is performed in wood barrels immediately following harvest. One of the best known and most representative vineyards of the Commune of La Morra, Brunate is considered an important reference point for the entire appellation.
