Abnormal Juicy Nugs
Like we’ve said before, we love nugs! Here is a little Abnormal Project our brewers came up with that started as another Nugget IPA. Talk about adding a touch of Mosaic or Citra in this beer lead them to an idea of brewing it like a West-Coast but using our hazy yeast strain. The juicy esters from the yeast will be like sniffing a glass of pineapple juice while the Nugget will stand alone, hop-wise, to add fresh cut grass, and more tropical fruit.
